In this program, we will evaluate the policies to support agriculture, their cost and their effectiveness through the interviews of our major guests and our reports.

We will travel in particular in the Swiss confederation.

Located in the heart of Europe, but not a member of the EU, known for its banks, chocolate and cheese, Switzerland is also an agricultural country.

This sector even employs 3% of its population and its agriculture is the most subsidized in the world.

We will take you to meet Swiss farmers who rely on PDO, the European label.

We will examine the Swiss model of agricultural subsidies, the most expensive in the world, to see its impact on the environment.

We will also take the direction of the United Kingdom, which does not benefit from subsidies from Brussels, and compare its situation with two CAP giants, France and Germany.

A program presented by Caroline de Camaret, produced by Johan Bodin and Mathilde Bénézet, with images by Stéphane Bodenne and the participation of Luke Brown and Céline Schmitt.

Actions co-financed by the European Union.
