- It's a real festive moment inside the city otherwise.
But we do not see that there is any possibility of implementing a Christmas signage in the traditional way due to the restrictions that apply, says Sven Rydell, acting CEO of Jönköping City.
Accustomed to thinking new
Usually there are performances, elves, market bangs and various campaigns around the city.
But not this year.
- We are used to thinking new because we have been working with these conditions since March really, and the focus is on creating a safe environment where people can feel safe.
But during Christmas signage you move mostly outdoors, would not it be possible with some type of activity?
- Right now we feel, with the strict restrictions that apply, that now we are waiting.
Because we do not think it feels reasonable based on the security we want you to feel here in the city, says Sven Rydell.
