A 36-year-old Irish woman requested 760,000 euros in compensation for disability linked to a car accident. Her claim for compensation was rejected by a judge at the Limerick High Court after a photograph showed her throwing a spruce tree at a charity event.
Kamila Grabska insisted on responding to the court's decisions and denied faking her injuries. She also told the court that she was "trying to live a normal life" and that was why she took part in the Christmas tree tossing competition.
