The Community of Madrid is going to present its own plan for Christmas at the meeting that will take place today at the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System and which establishes several modifications to the draft prepared by the central Government, such as expanding the period from
six to ten maximum number of people who can attend family and social lunches and dinners on December 24, 25, and 31 and January 1 and 6.
Unlike the central executive, the government of Isabel Díaz Ayuso also establishes that people

For the rest of the social gatherings the limit of six people is maintained "always maintaining the prevention measures".
Similarly, on the nights of December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year's Eve) "the schedule will be extended, limiting mobility from 1.30 am to 6 am".
Currently the curfew of the autonomies is located at 23.00, but it has a range of one
hour more or less depending on each region.
The government plan established the curfew for those two days at one in the morning, but
Madrid wants it to be extended for another half hour, at 1.30.
Likewise, the Madrid Health Minister, Enrique Ruiz Escudero, will defend the establishment of "collaborations with local corporations to avoid crowds" on public roads.
That is to say, that the Municipal Police collaborate to monitor meetings in the streets.
On the other hand, Madrid also wants residents to be allowed to leave the socio-sanitary centers to spend the Christmas holidays with their families in certain cases: those residents who have positive antibodies in the last six months or
who have given positive in a PCR in the last three months will be able to enter and exit freely.
In the case of those who do not have antibodies or have had the disease, they must remain in isolation upon return to the socio-sanitary center and a diagnostic test will be performed.
Finally, "telematic communications will be facilitated to those residents who are not in a position to leave these centers."
