Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed to exchange prisoners and to return the bodies of those who died in the conflict to the opposite side: Russian President Vladimir Putin said, according to which the refugees "will return to the Nagorno-Karabakh territory and adjacent districts. under the supervision of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees ". 



Russia, in accordance with the agreement signed by Vladimir Putin and the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, has begun to deploy its peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh, starting at six this morning, simultaneously with the withdrawal of the armed forces Armenians ". This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry, quoted by TASS.



" The armed forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia will remain in the positions they currently hold, along the line of contact in Nagorno-Karabakh ", he said. Putin underlined, explaining the terms of the agreement. 



In a speech on TV, Putin explained that Russian troops will be deployed "along the line of contact in Nagorno-Karabakh and along the corridor that connects Nagorno-Karabakh with the Republic of Armenia ". The Interfax agency reports.
