“The Russian Ministry of Defense has begun construction of two multifunctional medical centers with 100 beds each in Astrakhan and Narimanov, Astrakhan region,” the department said.
The Ministry of Defense reported that more than 50 servicemen and 20 units of special equipment were involved in the construction.
The report says that "the military personnel of the railway and engineering units are preparing two development sites, earthworks are being carried out, soil sampling, and preparation of sites for the construction of foundations."
