Fu Xiaoyun is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He says Guizhou Sandu Shui Autonomous County implemented the construction of a close county medical community.

In 2023, the number of outpatient and emergency visits at the Medical Community General Hospital will increase by 19.96% year-on-year, the fourth-level surgeries by 80.82% and the consultation rate within the county will reach 91.32%. Fu XiaoyUn suggested that we should promote "integrated" construction to optimize county medical resources.
