- We initially worked with the fact that there were people left in the house, but later learned that the residents were in another place, explains Curt Byström, rescue leader at the rescue service in Nordmaling.
The alarm came just before 2 o'clock on Saturday night and when the rescue service arrived at the scene, it could be stated that it was a fully developed fire.
Several units from the rescue service, as well as the police, are still at the scene at 6.40 on Saturday morning.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
