　　The draft opinion also mentions that when online recruitment service agencies collect and use the personal information of their users, they should abide by the laws and administrative regulations on personal information protection.

Online recruitment service agencies shall establish a sound user information protection system, and shall not illegally disclose, tamper with, or damage the workers’ resident ID number, age, gender, address, contact information, and operating status of the employer.
