Berlusconi, after being treated for "Corona": He escaped death again

Yesterday, former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said that he escaped death again, after he was discharged from hospital after receiving treatment for two weeks due to his infection with the new Corona virus.

"I have overcome what I think may be the most difficult challenge of my life," said Berlusconi, 83, outside the San Rafael Hospital in Milan.

"In any case, I can say that even this time I escaped death," he added, expressing his thanks to the doctors, and his solidarity with other people infected with the virus and their relatives.

Berlusconi was hospitalized on the fourth of September.

Doctors diagnosed him with multiple pneumonia caused by infection with the Coronavirus, and they said that he was seriously infected.

Berlusconi said the first three days were very difficult, noting that Covid-19 disease is a very serious disease.

Berlusconi called on everyone to respect health and safety rules, and put a mask on his face after speaking to reporters.
