A young man was seriously injured this morning when he fell through a hole and fell several floors, about ten meters, inside the
old La Barranca de Navacerrada Psychiatric Hospital
, which is abandoned.
As reported by Emergencias 112 Comunidad de Madrid, the young man, aged 29, was around 01:00 in the morning with a group of friends in the semi-dilapidated building when, for reasons that are unknown at the moment,
he rushed by a hole on an upper floor and fell about 10 meters to the ground of two lower floors

After the first aid provided by the Firefighters of the Community of Madrid who came after being alerted, the SUMA medical team found the injured man with a
severe head trauma
, stabilized him and later transferred him to the Puerta de Hierro hospital in Majadahonda in serious condition.
The Civil Guard and the Local Police are investigating the causes of the accident that occurred in the old La Barranca hospital, which is located in the middle of the field in an abandoned and semi-ruined state, near the Navacerrada firefighters.
