SMHI announces a risk of large amounts of rain in Jönköping County, south of Lake Vättern on Wednesday afternoon. Locally, there may be heavy rain and thunderstorms that can cause torrential rain.
The rain is expected to come in a short time and SMHI states that this can cause floods in basements, viaducts and stormwater systems. The local variations can be large.
If the forecasts become more certain, SMHI may issue a warning.
