Mutko predicts a decrease in mortgage rates to 7.5% by the end of the year

“I think that at the end of the year we will have, on average, about 7.5%,” Mutko quotes Interfax.

He noted that the average mortgage rate for the whole year will be 8.7%.

According to him, about 90% of the mortgage lending market falls on a preferential program with a 6.5% rate.

Earlier, Mutko, during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, said that the number of loans issued in the country by the end of the year will be 1.2-1.3 million.
