"The installation of medical equipment in a mobile hospital is nearing completion," the ministry's press service quotes RIA Novosti.
It is noted that the hospital is equipped with resuscitation, surgical, advisory and diagnostic units.
The hospital is designed for 50 beds and can function autonomously for 14 days.
Earlier, the Il-76 plane of the Russian Emergencies Ministry with the ministry's specialists on board flew to Beirut to provide assistance to the victims of the explosion.
