The document was registered and sent to the chairman of the State Duma on July 8.
Earlier, the head of the State Duma committee on state building and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov said that the Criminal Code of Russia after the adoption of amendments to the Constitution will be supplemented with an article on violation of territorial integrity.
It is noted that, as a sanction, imprisonment for a term of six to ten years is proposed.
