“On the instructions of the prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a check was organized on the fact of the destruction of the tent camp on the shore of Lake Masleevo in the Dzerzhinsky district late in the night of July 5, 2020,” the press service of the department said.
Due to thunderstorms and strong winds, trees fell on tents and cars in which people rested.
The prosecutor's office will check the circumstances of what happened and evaluate the actions of the authorized bodies.
About 20 cars and ten tents were damaged in the camp.
