　　According to the website of the Chinese Academy of Engineering: Xu Qifeng, male, born in January 1936, born in Tianjin, is a Chinese satellite navigation and positioning expert. He is currently a professor and doctoral tutor at the School of Navigation and Air and Space Target Engineering, Information Engineering University of the PLA. He is a member of "China's Second-Generation Satellite Navigation System Major Special Committee of Experts" and an expert of the national major scientific project "Mainland China's Structural Environmental Monitoring Network Project". 　　Xu Qifeng has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of "satellite geodesy and navigation and positioning" and is one of the earliest scholars in China to carry out satellite geodesy and GPS technology research. The book "GPS Navigation and Precision Positioning" (1989) is the first monograph on GPS technology in China. The book "Space Geodesy-Satellite Navigation and Precision Positioning" is listed as a national key textbook.
