by Tiziana Di Giovannandrea February 27, 2019 "When I saw it I had a sudden and immediate blackout". In this way Emanuele Spavone, the 35 year old stopped by the Carabinieri for the murder of his ex-father-in-law, in Rozzano (Milan), justified the act of "revenge" and "private justice" against Antonio Crisanti, the man accused of abuse sex on the granddaughter. Spavone spoke of an "instinctive" act caused by a "mental blackout".

The unfolding of the facts
The murder of Antonio Crisanti, 63-year-old from Campania, took place on the afternoon of Monday 25 February in the parking lot of a supermarket in Rozzano, in the Milan area. He was shot dead, a 9x21 caliber, by the ex-son-in-law who fired 5 shots, four of which hit the 63-year-old. After the murder Spavone spontaneously presented himself to the Carabinieri together with Achille Mauriello, a 27 year old young man, who was driving the scooter with which they fled. The soldiers stopped both. The arrested and his alleged accomplice, defended by the lawyer Lucio Antonio Abbondanza, will be interrogated in the next few hours by the investigating magistrate of Milan Elisabetta Meyer. The charge is of voluntary murder compounded by premeditation.

Cause of the murder
The 63-year-old killed two days ago by the ex-son-in-law and father of the little girl, was accused of abusing his granddaughter for about two years, between 2016 and 2018, when he was a guest, especially on holidays, at home of the daughter. This is what emerges from the line of investigation on alleged sexual violence that is intertwined with that on murder. In the 63-year-old investigation, taken last October after some reports from the prosecutor from the mother based on the girl's stories, alleged sexual violence was contested when the girl was between 6 and 8 years old. The latest alleged abuse dates back to last summer. From that moment, the man would no longer have contact with the little girl. The father of the abused child, after learning that the ex-father-in-law would be the perpetrator of the violence against his daughter and that the child had been heard in a protected hearing, just a few hours before the murder, would have decided to kill the father of his ex-wife.

On the hypothesis of a family ambush
The man accused of abusing his granddaughter may have been 'lured' to Rozzano from Secondigliano, where he had moved when the story of the alleged violence emerged in the family. In the Neapolitan he was a guest of one of the sons. Investigators and investigators have been investigating why the killed man decided to return to Lombardy, since he had been removed from the family after it was known of his alleged abuses on his granddaughter. Hence the hypothesis that it could be a family ambush. In the sense that with an excuse Crisanti would have been called to Rozzano to be "executed" on the family's own decision. The hypothesis is being examined by the investigators.
