"I am not fraudulent"

After revelations from Marianne and France 2 on proxy collection practices that did not comply with the law by LR candidates, the prosecution opened a preliminary investigation entrusted to the judicial police, and a search took place in particular on Saturday morning at the local campaign by Martine Vassal.

"I am not a fraudster, I never have been and it is not now that I am going to start to be", also declared Martine Vassal: "If proven facts are confirmed, (... ) I will be intractable on these facts and the people who committed them. "

Outstripped in the first round of municipal

"An investigation was opened, I opened the doors and windows of all the offices. What I want is that the investigators look at everything, everywhere, even with my competitors" , she added: "I still find it odd that 15 days into a second round as important I had so many pitfalls, but it does not matter."

Favorite data, Martine Vassal, often presented (even if the two deny it) as "the heiress" of the city's mayor for 25 years, Jean-Claude Gaudin, had the bitter surprise of being overtaken at the first ballot around the whole city by Michèle Rubirola, head of the list of a union of the left.
