15 June 2020Waiting for the latest appointment with the James Bond series "007 - No Time to Die", shot partly in Matera, on Wednesday, the convention for the institution will be signed in Città dei Sassi on Wednesday , in the European Capital of Culture, of the sixth branch of the Experimental Cinematography Center.

The signature will be held in the historic Palazzo Malvini - Malvezzi, in Piazza Duomo, where the redevelopment works are nearing completion and which will be open to the press for the first time.

In Matera the courses will be dedicated, in addition to the training of the various audiovisual professions, also and above all to the production and direction through the use of the most advanced technologies. Currently, in addition to the national headquarters in Rome, the Experimental Center has five other regional branches all highly specialized. In Puglia, in Lecce, the CSC is particularly aimed at the "Conservation and management of the audiovisual heritage". In Abruzzo, in L'Aquila, he deals, in particular, with audiovisual reporting, while in Sicily particular attention is paid to the direction of the documentary with reference to the meeting of European and Mediterranean cultures. In Piedmont, the school offers young talents technical and artistic training in the various professions of animation, while in Lombardy it favors the training of new professionals in the field of corporate cinema communication, documentary and advertising.

The agreement will be signed by the president of the Basilicata region, Vito Bardi, by the mayor of Matera, Raffaello de Ruggieri, and by the president of the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia Foundation, Felice Laudadio.
