The drama occurred Friday evening, on the road outside Houssen and Ostheim, in the Haut-Rhin. Shortly after 8:30 p.m., a young man in his 15s who was riding a small motorcycle died in a head-on collision with a car.
According to the daily L'Alsace, the teenager would have deported at the end of a turn. The driver stopped immediately after the accident. The young man was a resident of the commune of Houssen, near Colmar.
The gendarmes opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
