According to the decision, the daily working hours in the morning and evening periods, or in either of them, do not exceed eight working hours, and if the worker does work for more than that during the twenty-four hours, the increase is an additional work for which the worker receives an additional fee according to the provisions of the Law on Regulating Labor Relations.

The Ministry called on the community to submit communications through the call center to the free number 80060 because of its role in promoting the principle of partnership with the community in monitoring the implementation of the decision so that any member of the community can communicate with the ministry through the call center, which works for 24 hours in four languages Different, as the center will receive the communication from the customer, take the information related to the violation site, and send these communications through an electronic system to the nearest labor inspector from the violation site.


According to the decision, the employer is responsible for violating the employment of workers during the ban period, as well as everyone who employs a worker who is not legally permitted to employ him and operates it in violation of the provisions of this decision.


The decision obliged employers to suspend in a prominent place from the workplace a schedule of daily working hours in accordance with the provisions of this decision, provided that it is in the language that the worker understands in addition to the Arabic language. 


It also obligated employers to provide appropriate preventive means to protect workers from the dangers of injuries that may result from the use of machinery and other work tools and to follow all other preventive methods prescribed in the labor law and the ministerial decisions implementing it, and workers should follow instructions aimed at protecting them from dangers and refrain from Take any action that obstructs the instructions.
