Soak raisins in water for a full day in the refrigerator.

When raisins become soft, mash them with water.

Light incense in a heat-resistant dish, then put it in the container containing the julab.

Cover the container with a towel to keep the smoke concentrated inside the julep.

Leave the bowl unchanged until you notice that the incense layer has floated on the surface of the jalab.

Lift the incense plate from the julab bowl, and transfer the drink to a glass container after moving it and put it in the refrigerator.

When applying, mix the julep with crushed ice and nuts soaked in time with water, and serve it to your family.

Put a cup of tamarind with three cups of water, and soak it in the water for the whole night.

2 cups licorice

A glass of water

A teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate

Method:
Licorice is placed in a bowl and mixed with bicarbonate, after which water is added and set aside for at least two hours.

It is filtered using a cloth bag, and there is a container under it, and water is added to licorice with pressure on it to drain in the container under the cloth bag.

Put it in the fridge until it is served at the iftar table, evening or suhoor.
