Gabriel Agbéyomé Kodjo has been released on Friday under judicial supervision with executives from his movement, Dynamique Kpodzro. About twenty companions arrested with him on April 21 are brought to prison and awaiting judgment.

Of the 34 companions of Gabriel Agbéyomé Kodjo who appeared Saturday before the prosecution, 18 have recovered their freedom and 16 are placed under arrest warrant.

According to their statements to the investigators, they are relatives in the home, domestic workers or residents of the neighborhood embarked on April 21 at the time of the arrest of Gabriel Agbéyomé Kodjo . They are being prosecuted for rebellion and will be the subject of flagrante delicto proceedings.

According to someone close to the file, all of these people were surprised when they committed the alleged act. Some of them are said to have resisted the police at the time of their arrest, which in the judge's view constitutes an act of rebellion.

For the moment, the 16 companions of Gabriel Agbéyomé Kodjo are being deposited in the civil prison of Lomé; they can be located on their lot next Tuesday.
