According to him, Ukraine also does not want to discuss all legal aspects of ensuring the special political status of Donbass in Ukrainian legislation.
Lavrov also said that Russia is convinced that Zelensky sincerely wants peace in the Donbass, but "they don’t see that he would be allowed to move towards the faithful, honest implementation of the Minsk complex of measures of February 2015."
In March, Lavrov said that he had sent letters to colleagues from France and Germany because of the provocative statements of Kiev in the Donbass.
