Without dwelling further, the Manul denounces the attacks against civilians and the allegations of human rights violations observed in Libya, in the cities under the control of the government of national unity . The UN also denounces acts of "  reprisals, looting, theft and arson of public and private property  " and other atrocities perpetrated by GNA forces. If proven correct, these acts, according to Manul, amount to a "  violation of human and international rights  ".

The UN also denounces the release "  without legal procedure  " of some 400 prisoners detained in Sorman prison. Among them are terrorists and human traffickers.

The Manul finally denounces the indiscriminate bombings in Tripoli, carried out by Khalifa Haftar's forces and which have affected civilian areas which have caused victims in recent days.

La Manul warns that these acts of revenge will only "  aggravate the conflict and lead to a cycle of revenge which threatens the social fabric in Libya  ". The UN once again calls for de-escalation, to stem the provocations and to respect the Secretary-General's repeated calls for a humanitarian pause.
