Fighting continues in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in the province of North Kivu and the M23 rebels gain ground. Doctor Denis Mukwege is concerned about the withdrawal of MONUSCO peacekeepers in the DRC, while the security situation in the country remains worrying.
