- I saw that there was something moving and thought what could it be, says Jonas.

A few moments later, a bear emerged from an idea that Jonas was sitting five meters away in his forest machine.

- It was a total surprise, I did not know that it was there, says Jonas.

He has worked in the woods for 28 years and seen bear many times, but never this way.

- It's cool to be involved in such a thing, he says.

The forest walk did not appear

Although he was not intimidated by the meeting, there was no walk back to the car from the forest machine.

- In normal cases I usually go through the woods to and from the car, this was the first time in several years that I took the machine back to the car, says Jonas.

He had been in the area and felled just minutes before the bear came up. Jonas thinks he felled a tree over, which caused the bear to wake up.

- Actually, it is unfortunate circumstances that I was there and fell, I think they should wake up themselves, he says.
