He noted that in Moscow it is planned for the head of state to participate in the G20 summit, which will be held in videoconference mode.
Earlier it became known that the meeting of the Presidential Council on Culture and Art with the participation of Putin, which was supposed to be held in St. Petersburg, was postponed.
