On February 28, the judicial investigation in the criminal case of a resident of Zelenograd, Denis Cabrera, accused of trying to sell "spy" equipment. It's about the devices that he originally purchased for his son as a baby monitor. During the experiment, Cabrera demonstrated to the court that the devices are equipped with a clearly visible light indication indicating that video is being taken. By law, such devices should not be classified as spyware. Already at the next meeting, on March 19, the court, as the lawyers suggest, may announce the verdict. A man faces up to four years in prison.
