On August 1, in Béziers, in Hérault, two men, known to the justice system, are suspected of having insulted themselves, before exchanging shots, for a simple parking problem. One of them, 43, died. The other, unharmed, had fled.
The latter, aged 29, was indicted Tuesday for "murder", said Raphaël Balland, the public prosecutor of Béziers.
Arrested in Spain
The man, who had been located in Spain, in the province of Girona, was arrested on February 11 by Spanish police.
The suspect was placed in pre-trial detention. The investigations continue, indicates the magistrate, in order to determine the circumstances of the death of the victim, and to deepen the knowledge of the personality of the suspect.
