In Dagestan, a man opened fire on people because of a car parking. Five local residents took part in the altercation.
One of the men fired a shot from a hunting carbine he had on him at three other participants in the conflict, one of whom died on the way to a medical facility. A criminal case was initiated against the shooter under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder) and Part 3 of art. 30, paragraph “a”, part 2, art. 105 (attempted murder of two or more persons)
