It is specified that the conflict occurred on March 7 at about 19:00 Moscow time in front of the gates of a household in the city of Buinaksk.
Five local residents took part in the altercation.
“During the conflict, one of the... men fired a shot from a hunting carbine he had on him at three other participants in the conflict, one of whom died on the way to a medical facility,” the report says.
It is clarified that two more victims were provided with all necessary medical assistance.
Based on the incident, a criminal case was initiated against the shooter under Part 1 of Art.
105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder) and Part 3 of Art.
30, paragraph “a”, part 2, art.
105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (attempted murder of two or more persons).
As the department's press service told RIA Novosti, the conflict arose over parking a car, and the participants in the quarrel had long been on bad terms.
Earlier it was reported that in Perm an investigation was being carried out into a conflict between two drivers involving shooting.
