However, the environmental class is not installed in 14.3 million cars.

Trucks in Russia registered 6.5 million units.

Of these, an environmental class has not been established for 2.6 million cars. Euro-0 includes 397.2 thousand cars, Euro-1 - almost 89 thousand cars, Euro-2 - 576.8 thousand units, Euro-3 - 1 million cars.

In September, it was reported that Moscow could abolish the transport tax for electric vehicles. The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that the city authorities will contribute to the introduction of electric vehicles in the capital's infrastructure.
