Personal mobility devices (SIM) can be equipped with stickers with a QR code and chips to control their movement. This is stated in the bill; its concept was discussed at the working group on legislative regulation of the use of SIM.
If the relevant bill is approved, it is expected that it will come into force on March 1, 2025. Earlier it was reported that over the year the number of Russians supporting restrictions on SIM increased to 59%. It was also reported that
