“We will file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office regarding aggravated theft, the responsibility of which lies with de facto Interior Minister Arturo Murillo and Colonel Ivan Rojas from the special police anti-crime unit,” he wrote on Twitter.
He noted that "he will appeal to international authorities in connection with the seizure and disappearance of a notarized power of attorney."
