17 January 202018.51 The Privacy Guarantor applied two penalties to Eni Gas and Luce for a total of 11.5 million euros. The first sanction, of 8.5 million, concerns illegal processing of personal data in the context of promotional activities. The second, of 3 million, is inherent in violations in the conclusion of unsolicited contracts, in the free market for the supply of energy and gas.
