An Australian couple miraculously retrieved their wedding ring in the midst of a 30-ton waste dump, after they hidden it in a box and then mistakenly dumped it inside a trash can. The city municipality agents assisted in raising and stacking it in a special purpose estuary.

The French newspaper "LCI", which reported the news, stated that the couple resided in Staunington district, on the outskirts of the Australian city of Melbourne, and that they used the help of their city municipality's agents to retrieve the diamond ring that they lost, and that efforts involved searching nearly 30 tons of waste to find it.

She added that the searches looked similar to searching for a needle in a haystack, and that the couple recovered their wedding ring in a dramatic and amazing way after they lost it during their maintenance work in their house, and put it inside a box that they accidentally dumped inside the trash that was transported with another waste group towards the estuary It is intended for waste collection.

The newspaper pointed out that the couple was aware of the loss of the ring last Saturday evening, and that they did not sleep all night and waited for the city's garbage dump to open tomorrow morning (last Sunday) and asked his employees to help them search for the missing ring.

The employees of the city municipality, which handles waste disposal, prevented the couple from engaging in searches for the ring to protect them from potential accidents that they might be exposed to during the search, and used advanced machines to search for the ring after they identified its potential location within the waste heap.

The city's spokesperson said that municipal interests do not allow citizens to participate in scavenging for fear of possible accidents that they may be exposed to, adding that agents have sufficient experience to deal with similar work, and that they succeeded in finding the ring inside the box.
