Eskil Erlandsson was charged with three cases of sexual assault against three different women active in politics, but was acquitted of all three last week. On Tuesday, Prosecutor Lena Kastlund announces that she does not intend to appeal the district court's judgment.

The Stockholm District Court did not consider that the contact that occurred between Erlandsson and the three defendant women "had such sexual orientation or character as is required for criminal liability," according to a press release.
