It is now decided how the fees for open healthcare within the county will change after the turn of the year. Fees are raised because health care within the Örebro County region is poorly financially. In total, the Board must save up to SEK 500,000.

Price increase for physical and digital visits

A visit to a doctor at the health center will cost SEK 200 after the turn of the year, compared with the previous 150. The same cost also applies to a digital doctor's visit. According to Region Örebro County, the price increase means that it is now in phase with several other regions in the country.

The cost of a visit to the emergency room is also raised, from SEK 280 to SEK 400.

New fees

Ambulance health care, which has previously been exempt from fees, will now be equated with a medical visit, which means that the fee lands at SEK 200. Also treatment that takes place over the phone will be chargeable and will cost SEK 100.

The high-cost protection will be SEK 1,150. This means that when a patient has paid that sum within 12 months, you will not have to pay more for outpatient visits during that period.

Subscription for tools

As SVT reported earlier, there is also a monthly fee for various aids. This applies to aids from the audiology clinic, the center for aids and the vision center and the subscription cost will be SEK 65 per month. Service costs will also change and supply will change.
