According to the Investigative Committee, the incident occurred in the early morning of December 4 in the Ordzhonikidze district of Perm.
It is specified that a previously convicted 50-year-old local resident armed himself with a hunting rifle, which he owned illegally, and opened fire first in his apartment, and then on the street.
The investigating authorities opened a criminal case under Art.105 of the Criminal Code (murder for disorderly conduct), Art.105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of two persons for disorderly conduct) and Art. 317 of the Criminal Code (attempt on the life of a law enforcement officer).
Currently, investigators are working at the scene of the incident, including the most experienced criminologists, and the scene is being inspected using high-tech forensic equipment, including in the suspect’s apartment.
