Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the availability of free parking in Dubai for 3 days during the National Day holiday between December 1st and December 3rd. The tariff will be activated on Wednesday, December 4th.
The Authority stated in a statement stating the dates of its services during the holiday, that parking is subject to fees will be free during the date mentioned above, with the exception of multi-storey parking belonging to the Authority.
The Authority said that the Customer Happiness Centers will be suspended from Sunday 1 December to Tuesday 3 December with the resumption of work on Wednesday 4 December 2019 while the Smart Center in the main building in Umm Ramool will remain open around the clock during the said holiday.
And announced the dates of its services in public transport as follows:
Dubai Metro and Tram
Metro working hours will be during the holiday (Sunday, December 1st and Monday, December 2nd): Red Line from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM on the second day. The Green Line is from 5:30 am to 1:00 the next morning and the tram from 6:00 am to 1:00 the next morning.
Public Bus (Dubai Bus)
The main buses will operate like Gold Souk, from 4:25 am to 12:29 the next morning, Al Ghubaiba from 4:14 am to 12:58 am the next day. Substations such as Satwa will be from 4:45 am to 11:03 pm, with the exception of the C01 line that will operate around the clock, Al Qusais station from 4:31 am to 12:08 am the next day, and Al Quoz Industrial Station buses from 5:05 am To 11:35 pm. And Jebel Ali Station, from 4:58 am to 11:30 pm.
Metro feeder buses (Al Rashidiya, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta, Burj Khalifa, Abu Hail and Etisalat) will operate from 5:00 am to 1:10 am the following day.
Buses across cities and commercial buses such as Al Ghubaiba operate 24 hours a day to Al Jubail Station in Sharjah and from 4:36 am to 1:00 am the next day to Abu Dhabi. Substations such as Union Square Bus Station are served from 4:25 am to 1:25 am the next day, Sabkha station from 6:15 am to 1:30 am the next day, and Deira City Center Station from 5:35 am to 11:30 am Al Karama station from 6:13 am to 10:23 pm and Al Ahli station from 5:55 am to 10:15 pm.
Outside stations will operate as Sharjah Line (Al Taawun) from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm, Ajman Line from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm, and Fujairah Line from 5:23 am to 9:39 pm. The Hatta line will operate from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm.
Shipping
Shipping from Friday 29 November to Tuesday 3 December will be as follows: Marina Bus Station (Marina Mall, Marina Walk, Marina Terrace, Marina Promenade) from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight. Al Jaddaf Maritime Transport Station - Dubai Water Canal Station 12:15 pm, 5:45 pm Dubai Water Canal Station - Al Jaddaf Maritime Transport Station 2:10 pm, 7:40 pm
The Dubai Ferry at Al Ghubaiba and Dubai Marina stations is 5 times a day at each station: 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Al Ghubaiba Marine Transport Station - Sharjah Aquarium: From Al Ghubaiba Station 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, from Sharjah Jam 2:00 to 9:00 pm. At Sheikh Zayed Road Station (Tours) 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
Abras will work as follows: Heritage Abras, Dubai Creek Stations: Al Ghubaiba - Al Sabkha Round trip (no service). Al Sabkha - Al Fahidi - Old Deira Market (Round Trip) from 10:00 am to 1:00 am next album. Old Dubai Market - Baniyas (Round Trip) 10:00 am - 1:00 am the next morning. Bani Yas - Al Seef (round trip) 10:00 am - 1:00 am the next morning. Abra Sheikh Zayed Road (Tours) 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Al Jaddaf Station to Dubai Water Canal Station and Waterfront Station - Marassi Station 11:05 AM, 12:35 PM, 2:05 PM, 3:55 PM, 5:20 PM, 6:30 PM, 8:20 PM.
