According to investigators, on October 31, the man approached the entrance to the kindergarten, rang the intercom, after which the guard remotely opened the door for him, mistaking him for the parent of the foster child.
The accused went up to the second floor, where during a quiet hour the children rested. After that, he inflicted a "mortal knife wound to the neck of a six-year-old boy."
The 36-year-old man has been charged.
In the case of the murder of a child, a kindergarten guard was also detained.
