Russian schoolchildren receive messages with offers to carry out terrorist attacks. When they refuse, they are threatened.

People from different cities of the country publish online screenshots of almost identical messages that they receive. Director of the Safe Internet League Ekaterina Mizulina said that the vast majority of messages come from accounts registered in Ukraine. She noted that she had contacted the authorities with a request to discuss the possibility of limiting incoming messages for children in the messenger from unknown persons. The idea will also be discussed with Telegram.
