At 08.30 the rescue service was alerted to Ölsjön outside Hassela in Nordanstig municipality.
Just before 10 o'clock, Martin Eriksson, interim manager, announced that the villa cannot be saved.
- The villa is totally burnt out and right now we are trying to fire it down controlled and save a house that is close to the villa, says Martin Eriksson.

The rescue service has been in place with 15 people. Police have also been on the scene. One person was found dead in connection with the villa.
