The government wants to decide the personnel of the five members with the consent of the current extraordinary Diet.
The “Casino Management Committee” is composed of five members, including the chairman, and is responsible for reviewing the business operators who applied for casino operations and monitoring the business operations of licensed businesses.

Regarding casinos, the Japan Tourism Agency conducts a questionnaire to the prefectures and government-designated cities nationwide on whether they intend to attract them. Hokkaido, Chiba City, Tokyo, Yokohama City, Nagoya City, Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City, Wakayama Prefecture, Nine local governments in eight areas of Nagasaki Prefecture are planning or considering applying for a maintenance plan.
The area where facilities are developed is considered to be a maximum of three places nationwide, and the Japan Tourism Agency will ask for application from local governments seeking certification by the end of the year after hearing the time and preparations for opening the business from eight areas.
