Agents of the Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested in Corbera de Llobregat (Barcelona) an alleged sexual assailant who simulated offering employment to women as cleaning staff in offices in exchange for sexual favors.
The detainee, a 25-year-old man of Spanish nationality, managed to get the victims, always very young South American girls of good physical appearance, to get into his car and take them to remote areas where he put sex as a condition to give them the false work that He had promised to contact them.
If they refused to grant him sexual favors, the suspect sexually assaulted them with violence, police sources explained. The man, with a history since he said two years for requesting sexual favors from a 17-year-old girl who needed a job, tried to rape a 20-year-old Colombian girl who finally stole from Molins de Rei (Barcelona) the mobile phone and the 150 euros he had on him.
Four days later, he performed the same in Rubí (Barcelona) with a 19-year-old Peruvian girl who had also published an advertisement in which he offered to work. In this case, the alleged rapist did consume the rape and also dragged the victim to the ground when she tried to recover her personal belongings from the car.
After going to court, the detainee has entered prison. The investigation remains open, as the Mossos believe there may be more victims.
