The accident happened at about 8pm on Thursday evening, at the height of Bramstorp between Växjö and Ingelstad. It is still unclear how serious the woman's injuries were.
"The moose have been found dead in connection with the scene where the personal image collided with the moose," says Filip Annas, spokesperson for the police region of South.
Accessibility was limited after the accident. There is no suspicion of crime.
