It is expected that the amount of benefits in Russia next year will increase from 11.2 thousand rubles to 12 thousand rubles (7%).
The total amount of benefits will be 150 billion rubles in 2020, 156 billion rubles in 2021 and 164 billion rubles in 2022.
As indicated, at present, monthly payments for the first child are received by families where the income does not exceed one and a half living wages per adult, until the baby is 1.5 years old.
In the summer, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed instructions following a direct line, including an increase in benefits for low-income families with children from one and a half to three years.
In late July, the State Duma adopted a law that allows more families to receive monthly payments for their first or second child.
Later, the head of state signed the corresponding law.
