The United States has recorded yet another package, that of strong winger Kyle Kuzma, to announce their final list of twelve players selected for the World Basketball, which begins next Saturday in China.

The young Los Angeles Lakers player suffered from a left ankle injury and was unable to play in the Americans' losing play against Australia (98-94) on Saturday in Melbourne. It was the first loss of the United States since 2006 with a team made up of NBA players.

Coach Gregg Popovich unveiled Saturday a list that has no big star and in which there are only two players present at the last All Star Game, the back Khris Middleton (Milwaukee) and the leader Kemba Walker (Charlotte, transferred to Boston).

The USA, doubles title holders, start their World Cup with a match against the Czech Republic on September 1 in Shanghai.

The 12 Americans:

Leaders: Kemba Walker (Boston Celtics), Marcus Smart (Boston Celtics), Derrick White (San Antonio Spurs)

Wings: Khris Middleton (Milwaukee Bucks), Donovan Mitchell (Utah Jazz), Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics), Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics), Joe Harris (Brooklyn Nets)

Interiors: Harrison Barnes (Sacramento Kings), Brook Lopez (Milwaukee Bucks), Mason Plumlee (Denver Nuggets), Myles Turner (Indiana Pacers)
